Join us for a thrilling 5K race in downtown Cornelia, Georgia, on November 23rd, starting at 10:00 AM! This exciting event, sponsored by BSG Coffee, Elite Therapy, The Cute North Georgia Magazine, and First Baptist Church, promises a day of fun and fitness for all participants.
Kick off the morning with a energizing Jazzercise class, designed to get your heart pumping and enhance your race experience. And to keep you fueled, BSG Coffee will be serving up complimentary coffee to all attendees.
The race route takes you through the scenic Cornelia City Park, offering a picturesque backdrop as you dash alongside other runners. Fantastic trophies will be awarded for the top finishers in various age classes, ensuring everyone has a chance to celebrate their achievements. Plus a percentage of proceeds go to the kiwanis club of habersham!!!
In a fun twist, participants will have the opportunity to catch a turkey during the race. Those who succeed will receive gift certificates and other exciting prizes from local businesses.

There will be a 6’4” 200lb Turkey that has entered the race! His tail feathers are made of awesome gift certificates so make sure you can at least catch up to him as we believe he is gonna cheat…. as Turkeys tend to do.
Anyways, this course has a lot of elevation changes, scenery galore and makes some loops through our lovely local Cornelia City Park. It is also is going through the Christmas in Cornelia light installations so pretty please, stay on the course as the lights are help up with cables and wires and will pose a trip hazard if you deviate from the beautiful paved path.
